Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
